It's all about looking inward to move upward. Kristen O’Neal (6/2 Emotional Generator) created Up Up Coaching to help people feel more confident and connected in their work, especially when burnout, external pressures, or misalignment make it hard to know what’s next. Sometimes moving up means changing direction, starting over, or choosing a path you never expected.
With a decade of experience in digital product management, Kristen has worked across enterprises, startups, and entrepreneurial teams, and navigated plenty of job changes of her own. She applies the same principles that make great products—curiosity, experimentation, reflection, and iteration—to help people create careers that energize rather than drain them. As a Human Design reader, she combines her tech and business expertise with Human Design to help people get curious about who they are and create a career roadmap that lights them up.
